Big eyes and pouty lips!

I recently found another artist I adore her name is Rudy Fig, only 23 and she has already done some incredible work.  I am so blown away by her custom Blythe dolls!

She does a killer job on the eyes!

I love the two teeth on this one.

I could never drop hundreds on a doll but I can draw style inspiration from them for sure. She is also an amazing painter.

and finally here is a picture of the artist, her face looks a lot like the gals in her painting.  I would love to own an original of hers :)
I have a busy and fun filled weekend before heading to San Diego.  Tonight Chris and I have dinner with friends, tomorrow I get to take my friend Kathi and her daughter Brianna thrift shopping and then to dinner, and Sunday we drop Peetee off at his Mom's (he loves staying there!)  Have a great weekend whatever you are up too!

What a gorgeous and amazing artist! Those Blythe dolls have got such compelling eyes, I'd have to turn them to the wall at bedtime in case they came to life.
Is that blue-haired lady a Sagittarius with her horse legs? I love her!
Have a wonderful and happy weekend!
Love you! xxxxxxxxx

Dolls totally freak me out. Even when I was a little girl I wasn't keen lol.It was that scene in Barbarella that did it. Those paintings are beautiful though. Xx

Oh my bloody god! Love this new artist you have found :| How amazing is she, not to mention very pretty!

How very talented! My favourite has to be the centaur girl with the lute in the woods, so beautiful!

I'd love to try my hand at creating my own pop surrealism art. I bet I could come up with some weird ones!

I'm sending off your parcel tomorrow! Have a lovely weekend! xxx
