A furry find that blew my mind

Remember all those overpriced faux fur coats I was lusting over?  My patience (and being up at 4am on ebay) has paid off!  Check out this crazy jacket I picked up for $7.18.
I learned a valuable lesson here, never want something so bad that you become blind to its price tag~EVER! Ya hear me?!
I have seen this same jacket for sale for $99 on etsy.
I just had to wait and that I am not so good at.
I'm happy wearing it because it was a steal, looks killer and keeps me warm!
I also love this red and pink combo on my nails.
And since Nat shared some lovely frozen spider web pictures here are a few of my own.
 They sparkled like diamonds!
It looks like the frost has finally passed.
My poor Chris is still sick and I am fighting it too.  Am I the only one who gets pissed at myself when I get sick?  I always think it means I'm unhealthy.  I slept for about 13 hours last night got up this morning and managed to do my Zumba, take that sickness!

Enough of the sick talk.  It's mid week and only a few more days until the weekend.  What do you think of this beauty?  Without giving too much away this ring has something to do with my Valentine's day party!
I hope everyone is having a good week!

What a wonderful and great deal on the jacket. I've been learning to not lust after something. There have been times when I've wanted items so bad but decided to wait on it. It's always worked out. I always save some money.

You are right, you are right! Price tag blindness is not an affliction I succumb to very often, but I have been so so tempted by a tapestry bag or two, to replace my stolen beauty, but I am holding out for the right one at the right price.
You did good with your furry coat, Krista, it is SO you and at a great price too. The spotty dress and comic book leggings are the perfect accompaniment!
Those frosty pics are fabulous, and the heart ring is really lovely, it reminds me of the style of painting on Russian dolls. Very pretty for Valentines Day!
Don't be cross with yourself for getting ill, it can't be helped, especially if Chris has it too. Look after yourself (and him!) and the weekend will soon be here! xxxxx

You KNOW how much I love that coat doncha? When I come to stay I'll bring mine and we can take Portland by storm whatever the weather chucks at us! You look beautiful in your polkas dot and leggings, far too sexy to be ill.
It's so bloody annoying, I'm a crap nurse and an even worse patient. Plenty of water, a couple of aspirin and an early night for you, girl. Don't let it get hold of you!
Love your lace spider's web and both that beautiful ring & the pink skull one!
Love you! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

That jacket!!! Good for you for waiting but in the mean time I would have been eye-ing that gorgeous fur over and over again, tempting myself and justifying too. My hubby always says, "You should get it." Just to be nice, which makes it even harder. You did good Krista! It's so you, you'll have it forever.

That is the most unique ring I've ever seen. Does it have candy in it? It's beautiful.

That jacket is fuzztastically awesome…well done for bagging it at such a bargain price!
I’ve only ever been blind to the price tag once, when splashing out on a custom made fusiliers jacket and stripy hot pants from House Of Harlot.
The pics of the frosty webs are stunning and the kind of thing that can mesmerize me for hours.
Whilst on the subject of mesmerizing, that ring is truly captivating!
Lot’s of love,

I don't really realize how much I miss bloggers until I'm away and then come back and get smacked with their awesomeness - like I have been here. I shall take your lesson to heart. That is one punting faux fur masterpiece. Your colour and energy wake me up.

Well it was clearly meant to be yours, good things come to those who wait! Respect for being up at 4am, have you tried auction sniper tools though? Sorry to hear Chris is still poorly and that you're not 100% yourself, sending you both hugs x I love frosty pictures, they never come out properly for me though. Love the ring, it looks like a tiny trinket box!

Love it when being patient on ebay pays off. I've been feeling like a cold has been "flirting" with me for weeks--so annoying! I just want to get it over with!

So sorry to hear you've been a little sicky-poo, I hate that too. Hopefully you've got some good movie time in to help you get well. Make sure to take care of yourself and get lots of rest after the zumbaing.

So glad to see you in your new jacket-it's so cute and so you, totally worth the wait!!
It's great that ebay is such a huge constant stream of stuff that eventually what you want will come your way if you wait long enough.

Must say though, you look so great, we'd never know you were sick if ya didn't tell us!;)

And, love those frozen web pics, so amazing in it's sparklyness!:)

Lovely bright pink Krista, why does it feel like ages since I've commented on your lovely blog? I am a bad blogger friend. Your jacket is too gorgeous, it suits your personality so much and looks lovely and toasty too, what a result getting it for that price, and well worth the wait, I think. I love the dress you are wearing under it too, it's very boobilicious. I hope you and Chris are feeling well soon. xx

PinkandRedFurryFabululousness!!!! I love how the two colours look on your nails too. I'm not very good at waiting til things I'm lusting after go on sale as I have a rather strong "instant gratification" streak in me. Good for you for scoring such a great deal, and it looks like it was made for you.

That jacket is so you Krista, even if you'd paid a fortune you couldn't have found one that was more right for you. I'm quite good at holding out for things I like. Just this week I finally tracked down a dress I had loved when I saw it new, and I found it for £3.50 in a charity shop so I was very happy. I'm sooo tempted to splash out and get in debt for a new camera but I'm resisting. Those frosty spider's webs are so beautiful, and I love your new ring, I'm dying to see this Valentine's party in all its entirety now! Hope you and Chris are both well and happy and having lots of fun this week Krista. xx

Fark ME that jacket is splendid, doll!
What an awesome score! I'm not very patient either, but when I manage to be, it does pay off.
Feck being sick. I get cranky at myself too..and tend to punish myself by carrying on like normal.Bleurgh.
Love and warm snuggles!
